Tonight was another quick and easy night. I fitted the tank drains. In order to get the drain lined up with the hole in the skin, I jammed a Sharpie into the drain through the skin and it fit pretty much perfectly! Clamp in place and then drill and cleco away. Here it is clamped in place. ![]() It's centered with the Sharpie. ![]() Then it was cake to drill the holes in the skin. ![]() I then proceeded to make two vent line clip. This holds the aluminum tube up at the highest part of the tank. I just bent them out of some scrap I had. Here it is clecoed to the fuel cap flange. ![]() After finishing up the vent clips, I deburred the inside of the ribs and then the inside of one of the skins.
