Finished flap braces and aileron fairings, started conduit
3.5 Hours

I wanted to get good work done today on the aileron fairings and the flap braces and I was actually able to finish it. Here is the aileron fairing clecoed to the rear spar and skin.

And here is the flap brace clecoed to the rear spar. It will also get attached to the bottom skin but obviously it isn't there right now so it's just attached to the spar.

Fast forward a little bit and I set all the rivets with the rivet gun. These were all really easy to get set.

I was able to set most of the aileron fairing rivets with the squeezer. This was an absolute breeze to do. The only ones that required shooting with the gun were the fairing-to-spar-to-rib rivets; the rib web got in the way of the squeezer so just a quick shot with the gun and bucking bar fit the bill.

Finally, I cut my 25' piece of conduit in half and then threaded one through the left wing conduit holes. These were kind of a pain to get through the ribs, especially through the wing walk ribs, but starting at the tip and then going towards the root so there wasn't much conduit to pull through the wing walk ribs made it easier. I still have some fine trimming at the ends and then have to proseal or RTV where the conduit passes through the ribs. And also put the conduit in the right wing. I need to do that, too.
